share our office with Ilkley & District Council for Voluntary
Service (ICVS). Car lift and Minibus bookings can be made through
the office. For all other Community Transport related matters,
please direct your enquiry to Ian Padley at the same address.
 The
office is located on Riddings Road just off The Grove, in
between Christchurch and the police station.

Accessibility
The
office can be contacted by telephone, fax, email or post where
it is difficult to attend in person.
An answer phone and post box are available to leave messages when
the office is closed.
It
is extremely important to us that all our services are as accessible
as possible.
There
will normally be a member of staff or volunteer on hand during
office hours to provide advice and to help with less accessible
services.
Our
office is situated on the ground floor, has disabled access, and
disabled toilet facilities.
It is situated on Riddings Road up a short but fairly steep incline.
If
you have any difficulties or if you think there are ways we could
improve our service
